All in pursuit of helping you be and feel the best you can, so you can translate that into your sporting performance and life satisfaction.

The Coaching is for Athletes and Sports Professionals (+17) in any sporting genre.
This can also include coaches, referees, and those involved in Sports, as well as parents / guardians who are supporting those transitioning into high-performance sports.
The Coaching is also aimed at Sports professionals who are moving away from Professional level sports, and are seeking support with this significant life transition.
This is very wide ranging and dependent on you specifically, but just some examples of areas can include:
Where: Coaching can take place face to face in an agreed location or remotely via Zoom / FaceTime or as a mixture of both. The objective is to ensure it is a space where you can be open and honest and you are comfortable. Coaching can also take place actively if that's your preference, i.e. during a walk or combined with your sporting activity, like while playing / practicing Golf.
How long does it last: Each individual Coaching session is normally around 60 minutes, and the number and frequency of sessions can vary person to person based on areas of personal focus and exploration. We will do ongoing reviews of agreed number of sessions and frequency, to ensure the schedule works for you.
